OUR CLASSES

We have something for everyone!

CCS/Bootcamp- This class is designed for all fitness levels from beginner, intermediate, advanced, and the athlete. This class will focus on all fitness components needed to help you reach your goal. It will include your cardiovascular, core, and overall body strength training. All exercises in this course can be modified to fit your need.

 

CrossFit Blueprint-This class is an intro to CrossFit that focuses on teaching the fundamental moves that lead up to Crossfit workouts (WOD's). The movements will include air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift, high pull, and medicine ball clean.

 

CrossFit WOD- WOD stands for "Workout of the Day." The CrossFit prescription is performing functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of the ten recognized fitness domains. CrossFit is for everyone!

 

Yoga-The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, it also improves the function of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability, clarity of mind, and overall body conditioning and strength.

 

Zumba- Get in a great cardio session while having fun! Zumba combines contemporary dance moves with fun music to make sure you get your heart pumping!

 

Bootcamp Cardio Blast- A 30 minute cardio conditioning bootcamp style! This course works the entire body for a pure fat burning workout while sculpting and shaping your physique.

 

OLY- This class is an INVITATION ONLY workout that includes olympic lifting technique, form, and skill.

 

Open Gym-The gym is always available to fit in a workout during Open Gym!

 

Personal Training- If you can't find a class to meet your need or a time that fits your schedule, personal training sessions are always available!
