Iron Worx

Safe use of equipment is paramount. Persons behaving in an unsafe or inappropriate manner may have their memberships revoked.
While in the gym facility and participating in group activites, appropriate attire, including covered footwear and a shirt, must be worn at all times.
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All weights and equipment must be replaced after use, unless otherwise instructed by your trainer.
Mats and benches must be cleaned and replaced after each use.
Photo ID (student ID, Driver's License, etc.) must be carried and shown upon request.
Sharing gym access with a non-member will result in loss of membership.
Each member is expected to treat all othe members in an appropriate and respectful manner.
Iron Worx Staff reserve the right to revoke membership to persons not complying with the terms and conditions of the Membership Contract.
Anyone under the age of 16 must have signed waiver and release by parent/guardian in order to take a group class.
Also, independent use of equipment (Open Gym Membership) must be approved by Iron Worx trainer.

I acknowledge that the activity I am to undertake is a dangerous activity and that by participating in it I am exposed to certain risks. further, I acknowledge and understand that while participating in activities at Iron Worx:

I may be injured, physically or mentally, or may die;
My personal property may be lost or damaged;
Other persons participating in such activity may cause me injury or may damage my property;
I may cause injury or may damage their property;
The condition in which the activity is conducted may vary without warning;
I may be injured or die or suffer damage to my property as a result of the negligence or breach of contract by Iron Worx;
There may be no or inadequate facilities for treatment or transportation of me if I am injured;
I assume the risk of and responsibility of any injury, death, or property damage resulting from my participation in the activities.

I participate in Iron Worx activities, both on premises and off, at my sole risk and responsibility. I release, indemnify and hold harmless Iron Worx, their servants and agents, from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by me or on my behalf of other parties for or in respect of or arising out of any injury, loss damage, or death caused to me or my property wheather by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.
