           8 Week Weight Loss Program

 

The 8 Week Weight Loss Program was designed at the request of our members who were looking to lose pounds and inches while increasing their strength and agility. Within the program we offer eight consecutive weeks of nutritional guidance, assistance with food tracking and recording, unlimited participation throughout the eight weeks in the classes of your choosing, and the motivation to continue your new journey once the eight week program has completed.

 

This program is one of our most widely utilized programs in our facility. We help you rethink your eating and exercising habits and use the 8 weeks to create a healthy and supportive atmosphere. As a Weight Loss Challenge Member you will be able to conquer the start to your weight loss journey all while having the support of our staff and other challenge members. You will gain so much from this challenge experience, but it won't be extra pounds!
